This product manufacture service is focused on precision engineered products and enables the customer to purchase finished equipment at a fixed price.

To satisfy customer’s needs, specialisation and supplier partnerships are an important part of the Apek Product Manufacture service and will utilise modern day production techniques and a high level of technological achievement to ensure the products meet the customer’s satisfaction.

The Apek Service offers in house machine shop, clean room clean assembly areas, temperature controlled inspection. This facility combined with our quality system to BS EN ISO 9002: TS157 ensures the customer is provided with a quality controlled product, at the chosen level of documentation with traceability levels from commercial to full release.

With particular expertise in the manufacture of mechanical devices, electro mechanical assembly and precision scientific instruments Apek employ modern methods of production planning utilising finite scheduling, MRP, Kan-ban and cell manufacture for schedule and call off orders to satisfy customer demands.
